Short update on me, I met a few bloggers just now eg, Adrian and JJ and Photographer Sher Ren who is in my Flickr Contact! Ya, I lost 2 kg today! Why? because I had Milo+Oat as breakfast, Milk and Milo as Lunch and Duck Porridge as Dinner! Awesome? 2kg just lost in action! I'm wondering, what should I have for tomorrow?
