I woke up 4am in the early morning last Saturday. Jun Wei drove me and vivian out from our Taman to another Taman to join another 2 cars that will be bringing us to Ipoh and Genting! At 6am, we reached Bukit Merah rest house and waited for another 2 cars from BM and Tambun so that we can go to have our breakfast together at Ipoh FU SAN DIM SUM 富山香港點心茶樓.

It was a wonderful trip to genting with my colleagues a.k.a. lunchmates. Perhaps, I should say wonderful trip with excellent breakfast as we stop by in Ipoh at 7am for Breakfast! We had our DIM SUM together before continuing out journey to the TOP- Genting.

FO SAN was crowded as early as 7am. I wonder why IPOH mali can wake up so early? We've ordered a lot of DIM SUM of course. As you can see from the photos above. Those are the DIM SUM that we ate. One thing we noticed is, they used different kind of chili sauce, unlike the chili sauce that normally dim sum house offers in Penang. I'm not really ok with it. If you eat "Lou Mai Kai" with this kind of sauce. Is kinda weird! Ipoh mali, if you are reading this, tell me why they use that! hehe... Perhaps, this is the special stuff that you can find in FO SAN! By the way, the CHAR SIEW BAO is different from others. The filling not only got CHAR SIEW, it comes with VEGE as well. Taste weird weird?

Oh ya, we spent above RM 80+ per table (5 pax). Expensive tak? Overall, Egg Tart and those fried crispy dim sum are nice. Just not use to it, i mean the sauce! hehe....Ok singing off and do drop your comment as well! Night!
