Today was another busy day of mine. I attended the Health Screening Campaign @ Pulau Tikus jointly organised by YB Koay Teng Hai Service Team, NCLC Penang Island, Leo Club of Penang City and SQC Youth. With us were YB Koay, DG Kenneth Saw, Dato' Chuah, Presidet Neoh, DC William How, RCC Don Hoe, DC Christina, Leos and members from SQC Association.

There were many activities in this campaign. One of them was Free Hearing Test by Gnosis Hearing Service.

Free Health Check: BMI, Body Fat and Glucose by Island Pharmacy.

Free CPR Training by St John Ambulance Penang. It was FUN to play with the dummy!

Blood donation drive by Hospital Pulau Pinang and I'm glad that there were 4 to 5 members from Leo Club of Penang City had taken part as well. Sad thing is someone refused to donate. What else? ya, eye test by channel blue. No picture for it. :P

Left to Right: Scott, Shaw Jhee, ahKOK, Ziqin, Cheng Yee
Let's cut it short, the campaign started from 11am and ended at 3pm. After clean up the venue, we departed to next station which is Sleeping Buddhe with Aika, Student Exchange from Japan. By the way, something happended during the project. Our YB "pengsan" after blood donation. Let see what the reportor will report in next day newspaper. :)
To Be continued~~~

However, about 18 hours into my stay, it occurred to me that I really didn’t want to be in hospital, and that I would rather go home. I was going to tell the nurses that I was going to head off, when something else occurred to me- while I was a “voluntary” patient at this hospital, that doesn’t preclude the nurses from putting a 6 hour emergency hold on me while I’m transferred to a less pleasant public hospital where I can be held involuntarily.
the last photo it should be scott, not shaun. haha
