Kampung Boy

Cycling in Taiping
Last Thursday, I visited my aunty in Taiping with my family. It has been a year time since our last visit in CNY 2008. Since it was a Xmas day, we paid a visit to my mum's sister in Taiping. The only purpose of my mum was to chit chatting with her sister.
Cycling in Taiping
Visiting my aunt always not an enjoyable time for the kids like ME. hehe... Other than playing cards with the nieces and nephews in Taiping during Chinese New Year and watching TV, we did nothing! This visit is something different from CNY visit. No gambling with my Taiping nieces and nephews becuase they were not there. Furthermore, it was not Chinese New Year days! So nothing much to do except cycling with their bike. By the way, they don't like to play cards with me as I always win : ) ONG la~~~ Hopefully, in year 2009, I will be more ONG!!!!

This round, other than sitting in front of TV, I went out for cycling with my Taiping niece's bicycle! I was like... KAMPUNG BOY!!! Cycling in the Kampung and i realised that Life in Kampung is always the best where i found the fresh air, no worries, freedom, etc.~~~ The feeling was extremely good! I was so fraking happy although it was a bit tough when i cycled... getting old.... ?....... speechless....
Last but not least, Happy New Year 2009 to all my friends and readers~ where you go tonight for count down?

YB Koay Teng Hai fainted after blood donation

YB Koay Teng Hai (DUN Pulau Tikus) fainted after blood donation yesterday. Press release on Health Screening Project in today's Guang Ming Daily This campaign was held on 28 December 2008 at Sin Quah Chuah Association Pulau Tikus with the support from YB Koay.

I experienced same incident a few years back too. Next time, if you still feel faint after blood donation, lie down again or else you will be fainted. Oh ya, remeber to have some milo or light refreshment too. If you are so fortunate and fainted infront of reportor, they will capture your face as what they did for YB in order to have more news for that particular project~ :P Of course your face will appear in the newspaper too.

Penang Gay Boy- Mr. Dummy

Feel it
Action#1: Mr Dummy was trying to flirt with ahKOK today during Health Screening Project at Pulau Tikus but he got rejected!

Gay kissing and touching

Action#2: Changed Target! He approached SJhee while SJhee was donating his blood in the Health Screening Campaign. At that time, Mr Dummy was trying to kiss SJhee because he knew that Sjhee can not "fight back" while donating blood.
Gay kissing and touching
Action#3: OMG... Did you see My Dummy's hand? trying to touch SJhee's "blue bird"! Wau~ Fortunately, SJhee was fast and successfully avoided his attack on his "Blue Bird".
Checking his body

Action#4: As friend to SJhee, ahKOK managed to bring him down and tried slapping him and pulled off his pants. Surprisingly, ahKOK discovered something important, he's not gay but he's a eunuch (taikam, someone without blue bird and balls :P)

Hong Kong Prepaid Phone Card- Peoples

The very 1st thing I did during my Hong Kong trip was getting myself a Hong Kong Prepaid Phone Card! I am a very calculative guy thats why I bought the above phone card. I got this PEOPLES phone line for HKD $ 48 (approx. RM 24) at 7 Eleven, Hong Kong International Airport with the help of Leo Christine Chan. This is the cheapest among the others. $0.12 per minutes and $0.05 per minutes (Non-peak hour). After activiation, PEOPLES gave another HKD$ 10 credit. So a total of HKD $ 58 credit I had for me to utilise during my 6 days trip in Hong Kong! Having this line was to enable me to keep contacted with local leos as well as my friends in Hong Kong at a lower call rate. Of course, with PEOPLES, I don't even worry if I am lost in any MTR station with this Hong Kong line! :)

Xmas Charity Bazaar 2007

One year ago, Leo Club of Penang (City) had successfully organised the above Charity Christmas Bazaar. Sharing the above video with you all and at the same time wishing you all Merry Xmas and of couse enjoy your holidays! :)

My Saturday- Pre-wedding Shoot, Pacific Komtar, GeorgeTown white Coffee, Farlim Shell Staion Laksa

komtar
Yesterday was a busy day to me. I woke up in the early morning and drove all the way from Bayan Lepas to Penang Chinese Town Hall for Pre-Wedding Shoot. After 2 hours+, Nick, MX and myself were at Pacific Komtar to look around! While visiting Komtar, it helps me to recall my childhood memories of shopping in Super Komtar. Everything looks the same. Just the entrance that i show above is different!
nick
We were planning to have our lunch at the newly opened cafe- GeorgeTown White Coffee but ends up with only baverages and a plate of free kuih! Bad experience we had.
GeorgeTown cafe
Neh, this is a plate of kuih that the cafe gave us for FOC. This is because their system was down!
shell-laksa
Since I was late for my tuition, i didnt manage to have my lunch on time! After tuition, i decided to hunt for Farlim Shell Station Laksa alone and I found the shop!

Initially, I was not planning to buy yet as it costs RM 209. Not cheap right? I saw this pair of shoes since a few months back but never take action to own it. Since I got my bonus already and mind as well reward myself with a pair of new shoes from Crocs? I love this shoes so much. I bought it as my xmas present! haha... Nice? and I got a free calendar as shown above. I got many free calendars recently. Red Box is one of them!

Welcoming Dinner at Federal Restaurant, Tung Chung's City Outlets

photo at registration
I'm not going to write Mother Story but just a short post sharing what we had for our 1st day Dinner which was hosted by Hong Kong Leos at Federal Restaurant.

After Lunch at Airport, we registered ourselves as the delegates of 47th OSEAL Forum in Regal Airport Hotel. I was carrying with a Big yet heavy Luggage, Camera Bag, Tripod and a backpack and walked from Airport to Regal Airport Hotel. The walking distance was not near.

Along the way, there was a taxis strike outside the airport. After we have paid for the registration, we quickly headed to our "Hostel". It took us about half an hour to reach the "Hostel". I started getting a bit dizzy when I was in the bus. What I can comment on the Hong Kong bus and taxis driver is they are the most dangerous men in the world at that moment- I hate Dizziness And Motion Sickness! At that time, the only thing can cure and eliminate the light-headedness and nausea of mine was just a small bottle of Medicated Oil from Eliza! Luckily she got, or else I will be pushing out all my DIM SUM out from my stomach! :) Sound disgusting?
welcoming dinner
kowloon-leos

Here we go. We had our Dinner and those photos were taken during the dinner. I bought 2 Spirit T Shirts before the dinner at Citygate Outlet. If time allows, I am sure I will shop more than 2 pieces of Spirit T Shirt in Citygate Outlet! :P Extremely cheap!
