Last Tuesday, a brand new Seagate Portable hard disk was delivered to me but all my important files and photos are no longer there. All GONE! I felt very sad when i was told that they do not have data recovery service for Malaysia and Singapore. What they can do is replacing a new HDD for me. By the way, my HDD spoilt due to duno what thing. I sent back last week and I got a new unit last Tuesday! Aiya, at least I got a new replacement HDD from Seagate. Thumbs up for their Customer Service. They even sent me additional USB cable to try before I sent back the spoilt unit. Now, I very scared of using HDD. Will backup the files inside the hard disk in CD or in PC. Or else..... I will GILA again! Thursday, March 12, 2009

I tot of buying one too coz my old laptop er HDD is too small..do you think if I use a portable HDD,the speed will be faster? I got a 1G ram but my laptop er HDD is onli 34G
