Wesak Procession 2009 at Burmah Road with Foyi Sunday School Students

This is an outdated post but please allow me to post up some photos of the Wesak Procession that that I've participated on last few weeks together with my Foyi pals and Foyi Sunday School Students. As I mentioned before, I've been joining the Wesak Day celebration for a few years. Since the 1st time that I participated in the wesak procession, I never want to miss any year unless I am not in Penang. It was fun procession for us as we sang, we shouted and we "siao" together although we shouldn't do that. From Burmah Road CRC, passby a lot of places like Kelawai Road, Pulau Tikus, Island Hospital, Penang Buddhist Association, Macalister Road ..... Along the way, we distributed the Dharma Flags to the children at the roadside. This is to make everyone celebrate the Wesak Day with us no matter who you are.
