ahGuat's birthday treat at Dragon-I Queensbay Mall

Lama tak makan Dragon-I loh~To me this restaurant is considered as high class dining place. I will only dine in if there is any free meal "sponsored" by friends or any special function like birthday lunch/ dinner. ahChoe, ahGuat, Yuh Chian and Myself had decided to dine in Dragon-I last last Saturday and we had ordered a table of foods to indulge ourselves.

She is my "lover" ahGuat. Ancuah lovely bo? She is one of the luckiest one among 4 of us. We never miss out to give her a treat for her birthday. isi-isi tersirat? haha... By the way, we had our dinner at KhunTai Restaurant, Jalan Permatang Tengah last year.

They were my degree-mates. We used to study together and had fun together during college time. We meet each other at least 4 times a year during each other birthday. :P Sometime is kinda hard for us to meet up especially yours sincerely, ahKOK. Most of my times are contributed to L-E-O that doesnt generate income to me but incur additional expenses :) I know my invovlement is a good deed but sometimes I wonder whether i have made a right choice or not. hmmm... some friends are working hard for thier future by earning more $ but I'm totally different from them. some friends told me my life is colorful... i wonder how colorful life i'm having? frustrated! complicated! Whatever it is as long as i do what i like to do i'm sure i will be proud of myself. :) After our late lunch, we went for Qiang Yi Tang for herbal tea before heading back. it was a memorable momnet to 4 of us. Sitting together and crap. Our next meeting will be in October! See you guys soon!

Last day of Emmanuel in my current company

This post is all bout EMMANUEL.... He was one of my colleagues!
We had a farewell high tea for Emmanuel 2 weeks back during his last day service in my current company.
The whole team had "celebrated" his last day with JCo Donuts, Chai Koay, Ang Ku Kuih + Sparkling Juice!

Noting much to crap about for this post. Let the pictures speak. We had n times of photo taking sessions. That's why I created a collage for it. Easy and save place. Wish him all the best in his future undertakings! Good LUCK always. We will miss your ANG KU KUIH and CHAI KOAY haha...

2nd time in Disneyland Hong Kong

Other than Stanleybay and Shatin CheKong Temple, we paid a visit to Hong Kong Disneyland too. This was my 2nd visit to Disneyland Hong Kong. Yes, I re-visited Hong Kong Disneyland after 2 years! The 1st time was during Xmas. If you ask me which season is better and definitely I will say, WINTER during Xmas. The reason is i like cold weather!!! haha... but bear in mind, you will be facing large crowd of visitors!! so if you wish to enjoy to the fullest, i advise you, choose non peak period! We spent a day in Disneyland. Visited every park and played most of the "gina" games! lol I felt 10 years younger!! I spent most of my cash in Disneyland too!!!!!!

Above 3 sets of pictures were the FOOD that we took together with Nelly and Monic! haha We had a lot of laughther and fun while having our dinner and supper. 4 of us were like wanted criminals. We were afraid to meet up with Lily in sudden on the street or mall as myself and Jun Wei would like to give her a birthday suprise on our last day in Hong Kong which was her BIG DAY! That's why Monic and myself suffered for not be able to Facebook our picture as well as my lame joke! Flashback those moments, it was really fun! I wonder when will I visit Hong Kong again. I still have a few places that I havent pay a visit! :) Miss Miss~

Lok Lok Padang Brown + Pasar Ramadhan Tanjung Bungah

I have no idea why I suddently craving food after work on Merdeka Day! I drove the car all the way down to town to pick up minxiang and himkeat and started our food hunting journey at around 5pm. We had no idea where to dine for my lunch and thier high tea :) We passed by Padang Brown and we just stopped by at the food court next to the Padang Brown (Dato Keramat/ Anson Road). I have been craving Lok Lok for sometime and finally my "dream" comes true! Yes, we're not only have Lok Lok but I also ordered POPIAH, Cheh Hu too! In love with the peanut sauce! GREAT! the saurce is very important for Lok Lok. You definitely will not enjoy it to the fullest if the saurce is not tasty. by the way, Lok Lok refers to a bamboo stick that attahced with fresh food that cook in the boiling water. After the food is cooked, dip it with the saurce and EAT it! Popiah and Cheh Hu are also one of the recommendations in this food court! Nice!

I was not so east to satisfy. Since it was a public holiday and I was free in the evening, i continue my food hunting! :P I know i have gained weight! But what to do? when you have appetite to eat, just EAT! our next station was Pasar Ramadhan! I never been to that and try the authentic malay food before! We googled and finally we were at Pasar Ramadhan Tanjung Bungah! haha~ Look at the picture! Not much right? Will look for more before Raya! :P
